Get involved in:

  • Consultations
  • To be part of interview panels
  • Mystery shops

To become a mystery shopper, a couple of hours of training will be provided initially. You will take part in three mystery shops within CWFS in the year. If service users, volunteers want to become mystery shoppers please email voice@leics.gov.uk, or call 07725204118.

We will look at mystery shopping the triage service. You could help us by phoning into the triage line. We are at early stages of establishing this, so if you have any ideas, feel free to input.

You could build on your C.V by helping on interview panels and taking part in consultations. The group will act as a CWFS advisory board, you must be 14yrs plus and want to make a difference. There will be two age divisions for young people and adults if needed on certain tasks. It is a great way to have a voice and influence decisions.
