Government is currently consulting on an Infrastructure Levy which if implemented would replace the S106 and Community Infrastructure Levy arrangements for securing funds from a developer related to new development. The current consultation will inform the design of the Infrastructure Levy and the regulations that will set out its operation in detail. Government will undertake further consultation on the regulations in due course.
