Conversations With… is a new method of engaging residents and colleagues on small, informal, but focus conversations.
The aim of this new initiative is to gain greater insight on how to improve, recognise and inform Leicestershire communities and colleagues. This will be done by focusing on more specific aspects of actions, projects and resources that can help to make Leicestershire a more resilience, confident, empathic, and empowered county.
We will be talking to a variety of people on areas like asset based approaches, Neighbourhood Planning, the Engagement Support Programme, Friendly Communities and much more.
Our intention is to share knowledge and expertise through these podcast. We would also like to generate healthy debate about how communities can better utilise existing resources and how Leicestershire County Council can learn and apply that learning to support the communities that shape the geography of Leicestershire.
