Leicestershire Neighbourhood Planning Network Event

Our next event will be held on Tuesday 25th May 2021 commencing at 18:00hrs via Microsoft TEAMS.

Further information and booking details will appear here shortly. In the meantime:-

Do you have any suggestions for topics that you would like to hear more about?

Are there any issues that you would like to address within a neighbourhood plan but are now sure how to go about it?

Any ideas or suggestions are more than welcome - email nik.green@leics.gov.uk with any proposals.

The Leicestershire Neighbourhood Planning Network provides an opportunity for Neighbourhood Planning groups within Leicestershire to come together and share their experiences, knowledge and skills.

Anyone involved in neighbourhood planning is welcome to attend, including those thinking about a neighbourhood plan for their community and would just like to find out more.

All previous events have taken place at County Hall in Glenfield, due to the restrictions that have been in place since the beginning of the pandemic this is no longer possible.

Leicestershire County Council has had to find new ways of working with many of its employees now working from home. The County Council is continuing to find different ways of working and providing services in this challenging new environment.

The event on 25th May will be a VIRTUAL Neighbourhood Planning Networking Event via Microsoft Teams. Details including technical requirements for joining the meeting will be available here in the coming weeks. Please note that in order to have access to more options during the meeting we recommend you download and access the meeting via the App. This can be downloaded for free from either the App Store or Google Play. We also recommend using a PC or laptop if you have one available as this will also provide better functionality.

If you have any queries about the event please contact Nik Green, Policy Officer (Communities) at neighbourhoodplanning@leics.gov.uk or alternatively call 0116 305 7743.
