A Place To Grow: Supporting Sustainable Living, Mental Health, and Community Wellbeing
A Place To Grow is a great example of how strength based approach is used for their sustainable community garden in the Blaby District. It is designed to promote positive mental health and wellbeing. The project encourages local residents to learn new skills, engage in physical activity, and connect with others in a friendly and supportive outdoor environment.

The garden welcomes individuals who want to improve their wellbeing, including those with long term health conditions, learning disabilities, those experiencing bereavement, or people who feel isolated or wish to become more active.
