The Government's Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has provided an update, through Locality, for the guidance on when a Neighbourhood Plan is required to undergo an SEA.

This is not only for new Neighbourhood Plans, if you are reviewing your plan, you should also review the SEA requirements.
