VRN Winter Violence Prevention Fund

The Violence Reduction Network (VRN) has funding of up to £5,000 available to local social enterprises and charities to help them with financial difficulties and supporting vulnerable young people over the winter months. The fund is for those charities and social enterprises that are working with children and young people to prevent their involvement in serious violence, exploitation and county lines.

It will fund service delivery up until 31st March 2021 although applicants will be able to claim for any cost incurred since 5th November 2020.

Services can be delivered across any geographical area of Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, although applications proposing activity in it's priority areas of West and East Leicester and Charnwood are particularly welcome.

Application closing date 1st February 2021.
