Caroline DeLamo White from Leicestershire Partnership Trust talked about how using an asset based approach had helped to facilitate 'Chatting Matters' a conversation support group for people with dementia and their carers.

Juan Pardo from Leicestershire County Council talked about 'COVA' a partnership project using an asset based approach to work with a pilot community in Leicestershire.

Bharti Mistry from VISTA talked about 'Leicester Ageing Together' and how she has applied an asset based approach to her new role as a Community Connector and in her personal life as a yoga instructor.

Paul Akroyd from Voluntary Action Leicestershire talked about how the course had changed his perspective from thinking he wanted to make a change to his work to encouraging him in setting up an Open Water (Cold water) Swimming Project to support mental health.

Andrew Jeffreys from Leicestershire County Council talked about how using newly learned asset based skills has helped to shape his work as a Policy Officer in re-inventing interfaith relations.

Dave Cliffe from Voluntary Action Leicestershire shared how he is using asset based approaches in his work in Employment Hub - including connections, making links and events.

Vinod Kotecha from the Confederation of Indian Organisations (CIO) made a short film about how going on the course has enabled him to use an asset based approach to work differently and better with his Board Of Trustees to the benefit of his organisation.
